Terms of Service

Math Hero is intended to support children's math practice under the guidance of a parent or guardian who manages account and access details.

Free access includes Levels 1–12. Premium access, where available, is prepared for Level 13 and above along with additional features described on the Plans page.

A public Student ID identifies the student's server record for account support and future service-access connections. It is not a password and does not by itself prove ownership or guarantee restoration of learning data.

A Recovery Key is private and must be stored safely by a parent or guardian. The server stores only a one-way verification hash. Math Hero staff and Support cannot view, retrieve, or resend the original Recovery Key.

Do not share a Recovery Key in email, support messages, public posts, chat rooms, or social media. Complete cloud backup and restoration of locally stored learning progress are not currently available.

Do not attempt to falsify Student IDs, Learning Partner Codes, or payment status, or to interfere with other users' access or attribution.

A Learning Partner Code may be linked to a Student ID one time. Marketing fee eligibility under the Learning Partner Program applies only to verified, paid access — see the Learning Partner Program page.

Where checkout is enabled, payment is processed by an external payment gateway. Entitlement (access) is applied to the Student ID used at checkout once payment is confirmed.

We aim for consistent availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or outages will be communicated where practical.

These terms may be updated as the product and its connected services evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
