No. Once a Learning Partner Code is linked to a Student ID, it cannot be changed. This keeps attribution fair and prevents disputes.

How does premium activation work?

After a BPI payment is confirmed manually, access is applied to the Student ID shared through the official Math Hero Facebook Page Messenger.

How are payments handled?

Parents can pay ₱499 using the BPI InstaPay QR, then send the receipt and Student ID through the official Math Hero Facebook Page Messenger for manual confirmation.

Can progress be restored?

How is Learning Partner commission earned?

A Learning Partner may earn ₱50 per eligible active paid student each month after the student’s paid access is verified through that partner’s referral attribution. Refunded, canceled, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible payments do not earn commission.

When are Learning Partner payouts sent?

Commission payouts are processed twice a month after payment and refund verification. Eligible confirmed payments received from the 1st to the 15th are paid at the end of the same month. Eligible confirmed payments received from the 16th through the last day of the month are paid on the 15th of the following month.
