Data Deletion Request
A parent or guardian may request deletion of a student's Math Hero server records.
What to include
- The public Student ID
- The parent or guardian's email address
- A brief description of the deletion request
Math Hero may request limited additional information to verify the relationship between the student and the person making the request.
Do not send secrets
Never send a Recovery Key, authentication token, installation UUID, password, or full card number in a deletion request.
What deletion may affect
Deleting the server Student ID and related server records may remove future account support or recovery options associated with those records.
Learning data stored locally on a device may need to be removed separately using the app's Reset Local Data option or by uninstalling the app.
