Keep this private recovery information safe with a parent or guardian.
Important Recovery Key Notice
Your Recovery Key is private and cannot be viewed, retrieved, or resent by Math Hero Support.
Check the current device first
If you still have access to the student's current device, open the Student ID & Restore screen and securely save the Recovery Key with a parent or guardian.
Do not share the Recovery Key in a public post, chat room, social-media message, or email. Math Hero stores only a one-way verification hash, not the original Key.
If the device or Recovery Key is unavailable
If the current device is unavailable and the Recovery Key has been lost, a parent or guardian may contact Math Hero Support for assistance. Account or learning-data recovery cannot be guaranteed when no verified recovery method is available.
Primary learning records are currently stored mainly on the student's device. If the previous device and Recovery Key are both lost, existing level, attendance, badge, or practice progress may be impossible to restore.
